Fairgate Farm Market is now open for the 2020 season
Thanks to a US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farmers Market Promotion Program (FMPP) grant, Fairgate Farm is proud to continue to offer the community an alternative way of sourcing fresh local produce. The Fairgate Farm Market will not only offer produce, fresh flowers and herbs from Fairgate Farm, but we’ll also be sourcing from other Connecticut farms to offer you the best seasonal selection of locally grown fruits and vegetables available.
For the safety of our community, our Fairgate Farm Market will be operational through an online ordering system with curbside pick up only. We will be open the following days and times throughout the season:
- Thursdays from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Orders received by 6 p.m. on Wednesday will be ready for pickup on Thursday between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. or Saturday between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Orders received on Thursday by 8 p.m. will be ready for pickup on Saturday between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. We will fill orders until we run out of a given product and reach out if something has sold out.
In this difficult time, Fairgate Farm and its supporters are ever more committed to the mission of making nutritious food available to all.
Fairgate Farm Market accepts credit/debit cards, SNAP, WIC Farmers Market Nutrition Program and Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) checks. We are also proud to have a SNAP Matching Program up to $10.00 with the support of the MAV Foundation and CT Fresh Match.
Due to the generosity of the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Foundation, we are also able to offer a financial assistance payment option.
We regret that we can no longer accept cash for the 2020 season.
