Corporate Program

Volunteers are vital to the success of Fairgate Farm and the fulfillment of its mission. Each year we are proud to host and work with local corporations that support employee volunteering. No group is too small, and often the larger the group the greater the impact. If you would like to learn more about Fairgate Farm’s impact on the community, please visit our Community Impact page.

On a typical volunteer day at the Farm you can expect a combination of many different farm tasks including watering, weeding, composting, mulching, planting, harvesting, and preparing the produce for both our market and for distribution to our community partners. Some groups choose to donate time and materials to accomplish a specific project, such as building new raised beds, while others contribute financially to our overall mission, to improve and sustain the Farm’s efforts. However your group chooses to become involved, it is sure to be a unique team-building experience that will serve to benefit our community as a whole.
