Richard Ostuw, Chairman of the Board, Fairgate Farm, Inc.
Mr. Ostuw is a former Chief Actuary with Towers Perrin in Stamford, Connecticut and serves as the Chairman of the Charter Oak Communities board of Commissioners. Rich also serves on the Community Health Center and Nurse-Family Partnership boards and is an active volunteer at Building One Community. In addition, he served on the boards for the Child Guidance Center of Southern Connecticut, Child First and the local chapter of the American Red Cross. Mr. Ostuw has also volunteered for Junior Achievement.
Sheila Williams-Brown, Vice Chairwoman of the Board, Fairgate Farm, Inc.
Ms. Williams-Brown is the Farm’s acknowledged longest serving volunteer, having been with Fairgate Farm since 2011. Sheila is a former Resident Commissioner of Charter Oak Communities and was an active volunteer with the Stamford YMCA and the West Side Neighborhood Revitalization Zone. Currently, she volunteers with People Friendly Stamford, Undoing Racism and the Republican Town Council.
John Coff, Board Member, Fairgate Farm, Inc.
Mr. Coff has over two decades of finance, operations, and IT experience in the financial services sector and serves as a Commissioner on the COC board. In addition, Mr. Coff is a Tax Counselor with AARP, a Medicare Consultant with CHOICES, and serves on the Executive Committee of St. Francis Episcopal Church in Stamford, Connecticut.
