Fairgate Farm’s mission is to increase access to locally grown produce and to strengthen the community by celebrating healthy food through gardening, educational and harvest-related initiatives.
The Farm provides volunteer and educational opportunities to individuals, schools, companies, and community organizations to connect residents with their local food system, promote environmental stewardship, and build community cohesion.

Farm Yoga: Ruvi T

Wednesday Night Food Distribution
July 31, 2024 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
This event is for families who are in need of a little bit extra groceries. In collaboration with Food Rescue, we distribute food donations from Trader Joes and other grocery stores for free. We begin passing out tickets for families to come and get produce at 4pm, and will start the distribution at 5:15/5:30pm.
There are often other organizations tabling at this event and sharing about any resources they have to offer.
We are always looking for Spanish speakers to help with this event! -
Doonya: The Bollywood Workout with Fatima Toor

Join Fatima Toor on the Farm as she teaches this exciting dance workout class! Bring your own water bottle and be ready to break a sweat!
Doonya: The Bollywood workout is a dance basedhigh-intensity interval training fitness program. Spend 55 minutes sweating tothe powerful drum beats of South Asia. Starting with a movement breakdown,you are equipped with the exotic, energetic steps to take you through 8-11songs. Each heart pounding routine targets a major musclegroup through innovative choreography and body-weight and sometimes,weighted movements. Class ends with stretches and a reflection on thestrength and power you channeled in class.
